Questions about billing
What exactly is an invoice row?
One document read from a register or a return. A plan’s allowance is a single annual pool shared across every GSTIN and every user on the account — sales and purchases draw from the same pool, so you are never blocked on one while sitting on an unused allowance in the other.
What happens if the pool runs out mid-year?
The tools stop and you are told which limit was reached. A top-up pack can be bought from inside the app; it adds to the current term’s pool without changing your seats or moving your renewal date.
Do the users on a practice plan need their own subscription?
No. A practice plan’s seats share one subscription, one client list and one voucher pool. You add your team from inside the app.
How do I pay?
Online through Razorpay from inside the app, or by arrangement — write to us and the plan can be assigned against a manual payment.
Are these prices current?
This page reads the live plan catalogue when it loads, so the figures above are the ones the app will actually charge. If the fetch is blocked, the seeded prices are shown instead — check the Plans page inside the app before you buy.
