Reconcile the books against every return you filed
Sales against GSTR-1. Purchase against GSTR-2A and 2B. Invoice by invoice, keyed on the period the documents were actually declared in — and an Excel and a PDF working paper at the end of it.
One GSTIN and 1,000 invoice rows free. Email and a one-time code — no card, no trial clock.

Illustration; figures invented. The year nets to nothing and two months do not agree — which is why the verdict is summarised over the periods, never over the netted year.
What it does
Six things, each one built because a real reconciliation kept running into it.
Books vs GST returns
Match the sale register against the GSTR-1 you filed, or the purchase register against the GSTR-2A, at invoice level -- with per-supplier netting, the ITC gap and credit/debit notes reconciled.
Read more →Purchase vs 2A vs 2B
Every purchase invoice classified by where it appears across your books, the dynamic ledger and the ITC snapshot -- so a timing difference never reads as a supplier default.
Read more →Annual return (GSTR-9 / 9C)
Upload a year of filed returns and get the computed tables, a books-versus-returns reconciliation and the working-paper Excel — built from GSTR-1, GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B.
Read more →Cross-year differences
An invoice dated in one year and declared in another year’s return reads as a missing sale on one side and a phantom sale on the other. The tool finds it and names the year it belongs to.
Read more →Books import
Tally, Busy, Easy Sol and Marg registers read as they are actually exported — wide rate columns, two-row headers, voucher-derived taxable values, mixed date formats. Or map your own columns.
Read more →Converters and portal fetch
Turn a portal JSON into a readable Excel, a GSTR-2A into Tally purchase vouchers, a sale register into portal-ready GSTR-1 JSON — or pull the returns straight from the portal through your GSP.

From a fresh account to a signed working paper.
Add the GSTIN
One on the free tier, up to fifty on a practice plan. Members of your team share the same client list.
Bring the returns
Upload the portal downloads, or pull GSTR-1, 2A and 2B straight from the portal through your GST Suvidha Provider.
Bring the books
Export the register from Tally, Busy, Marg or Easy Sol and upload it as it comes. No template, no re-keying, no mandatory column mapping.
Read the difference
On screen, then in the Excel and the PDF — the same figures, off the same payload, with the exceptions listed by party or by invoice.
Built the way a working paper is written
Most of these look like details. Each one is a case where the obvious implementation quietly reports the wrong answer.
The period is the return period
A document belongs to the month it was declared in, never the month it is dated. Re-basing on invoice dates turns an ordinary month-end cut-off into a long list of differences that are not differences.
A difference is named in both directions
"Within the 2B" is not a clean bill when one month over-claims and another under-claims. Both directions are stated and coloured apart — and one colour, because neither direction is the good one.
Per-period, not the netted year
A year that nets to zero can hold a month of excess claim and a month of shortfall. The verdict is summarised over the periods; where the year and the months disagree, the report says so.
Timing is not default
In the 2A but not yet the 2B is a supplier who filed late. In neither is a supplier who did not file. Same missing invoice, opposite action.
Sub-rupee is rounding, not a gap
A difference below a rupee is the return’s own rounding and is reported as short or excess, not added to a list of exceptions to chase.
Negatives in brackets
(1,67,655.07), the way a working paper states one, and identically on the screen, in the Excel and in the PDF. A minus sign is available for anyone who prefers it.
For a practice
One account, up to fifty client GSTINs, and up to ten people sharing the same client list and the same voucher pool. Each client’s reconciliation, annual return and working papers sit under their own GSTIN.
The outputs carry the BharatTax GST mark, not a letterhead — put them in your own file and sign them as your own work.
For a business
One GSTIN, one user, the same engine. Reconcile your own books against your own returns before your accountant does, and go into the annual return knowing what will not tie.
Start on the free tier and move to the individual plan when a thousand rows stops being enough.
Questions
Is the free account really free?
Yes. One GSTIN, one user and 1,000 invoice rows, with no card and no trial clock. Sign in with your email and a one-time code. A voucher is one invoice row read, so a thousand rows is a real month for most small registers — enough to put actual data through before you decide.
Which accounting software do you read?
Tally, Busy, Easy Sol and Marg registers are read natively, including Tally Ledger Vouchers exports. Anything else can be mapped column by column. See books import.
Do you keep my data?
A register is read in the request that uploads it and the result is streamed straight back — the reconciliation holds no server-side copy of your invoice data. What is stored is your account, the GSTINs you add, and the count of rows processed for metering.
Do I need a GST Suvidha Provider to use it?
No. Uploading the portal downloads works for everything. A GSP only saves you the download step: with one configured, the app pulls GSTR-1, 2A and 2B directly.
Does it file my returns?
No. BharatTax GST prepares, reconciles and produces the working papers and the portal-ready JSON. You review and file on the GST portal. It is a tax-compliance tool, not a substitute for professional judgement.
What is a voucher?
One invoice row read from a register or a return. Plans carry an annual pool of them shared across every GSTIN and user on the account, and top-up packs can be bought mid-term if a pool runs out.
Put a real month through it
A free account takes an email and a one-time code. One GSTIN, a thousand invoice rows, and every tool on this site.
