Watch a reconciliation actually run
The panel below is not a screenshot. It is a live call to the same matcher the product runs, over a sample quarter built to contain one of each exception a reviewer really meets. Nothing to sign up for, and nothing to upload.
The sample quarter
A fictional Delhi registration, three months of sales, and a GSTR-1 that does not quite agree with the register. Every party, invoice number and figure below is invented — no client data appears anywhere on this site.

What the sample was built to show
Six behaviours, one dataset. Each is a case where the obvious implementation reports the wrong answer.
A month that ties, said plainly
April agrees to the rupee. A report that flagged it anyway would be crying wolf, and the months that do differ would be read with less attention.
Two months, two directions
May runs one way and June the other. A report that stated only "a difference" would hide that; both directions are named.
The year is not the verdict
The quarter nets to a fraction of either month, because the two run in opposite directions. The verdict is read off the periods.
42 paise is rounding
One pair differs by under a rupee. It is reported as the return’s own rounding — neither hidden nor added to the list to chase.
A rate keyed wrongly
One invoice is booked at 12% and declared at 18%. Same taxable value, so it pairs; the tax does not agree, so it is flagged.
Both kinds of missing
One sale booked and never declared, one declared and never booked. They are different problems for different people, and they are listed apart.
Where this data comes from. It is invented, row by row, for this page. We hold an anonymised corpus of real exports for testing, and deliberately did not use it here: anonymising is fallible, and a public page should not be one scrubbing bug away from naming somebody’s client.
The reconciliation itself is real. This page calls the same matcher your own files would go through, so if the engine changes, the numbers above change with it.
